1. General: Responsible for leveraging internal and external data to provide insights and information related to big data, machine learning, optimization methods, and statistical rule/model building which supports a facts-based decision making process to Fraud risk management strategies & policies.

2. Specialization: Responsible for portfolio/risk types that being assigned to manage.

Key Accountabilities (1)

'1. Performing data/statistical analysis to identify areas of potential fraud risk and make recommendation on fraud trends as well as recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
2. Exploratory data analytics to setup/enhance/optimize rules to detect risk events and early warning of controls effectiveness/ KCI and risk levels/ KRIs related to fraud risk
3. Algorithm and qualitative model : measure risks and automate risk response decision through both statistic and expert adjustment, qualitative scorecard to assess risk .

Key Accountabilities (2)

1. Performing data/statistical analysis to identify areas of potential fraud risk and make recommendation on fraud risk trends as well as recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
2. Exploratory data analytics to setup/enhance/optimize rules to detect risk events and early warning of controls effectiveness/ KCI and risk levels/ KRIs related to fraud risk
3. Establish standards for data model/structure for fraud risk management and data quality management.
4. Develop portfolio management report & fraud risk management status of the bank.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Experience:
- At least 05 years of relevant work experience
Expertise:
+ Understand the TCB system
+ Knowledge of banking products and services
+ Quantitative and analytical skills in fraud patterns
+ Experience with other programming and data manipulation languages (SAS/SQL, C/C++, Java, big data tools...) and other fraud systems rules engine experience
+ Proficiency with stastistical programs such as R or Python is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Having a university degree or higher.
- Foreign languages according to TCB's policies
