Job Purpose
- The job holder responsible for plan, organize, coordinate, support and manage classroom/online training activities
- The job holder support in consulting and designing training solutions to serve the requirements of the unit and the strategy of the bank

Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Support relevant departments to develop and implement training plans monthly, quarterly or according to the strategy of the bank from time to time
2. Participating in the coordination of stakeholders in designing/developing training programs including classroom training materials/online training materials/knowledge application activities at work according to component 20:70 and activities to evaluate training effectiveness through the use of online training design software (images, audio, video, interaction....)
3. Administration and operation of training management system (LMS)
4. Consulting and coordinating with the unit to complete the procedures for participating in online training / classroom training in accordance with the process / regulations of the Bank
5. Coordinate with relevant units to adjust/update/prepare resources for use in classroom/online training activities and communicate to participating units.

6. Supervise and support employees to participate in training during classroom training/online training.
7. Directly implementing planned classroom/online training programs.
8. Directly receive and respond to, and handle training-related problems in order to meet the satisfaction and improve the employee's experience.
9. Report and communicate the results of classroom/online training activities
10. Organize and coordinate activities related to the Learning Committee.
11. Support direct management in design, capacity framework development and capacity assessment activities
12. Support the Direct Manager to develop the group/department's activity plan and guide the team/department members to complete the assigned work

13. Coordinate with the direct management level to develop/manage the training budget of the units.
14. Identify risks of the unit during operation, coordinate with related units to come up with methods of measuring and minimizing risks.
15. Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines, ... and service quality commitments (SLAs)
16. Perform other related tasks at the request of the direct manager

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- At least 05 years of experience in the field of human resources and training.
- Understanding TCB's organization and internal division; understand the targets, challenges, opportunities and needs of the organization's human resource
Qualifications
- University degree in economics, human resource management or related disciplines
- Foreign language: English
- At least 05 years of experience in the field of human resources and training.
