Customer Consultation and Support:
Advise customers on network device and Wi-Fi SMB solutions tailored to their requirements.
Address customers' technical inquiries, propose solutions, and technical recommendations.
Assist customers in comprehending and resolving technical challenges related to TP-Link's SMB products.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends within the realm of enterprise network and Wi-Fi equipment.
Keep up-to-date with competitor products and perform comparative analyses with TP-Link's offerings.
Sales Department Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
Participate in discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.
Training and Education:
Develop product documentation to enhance the sales team's and customers' understanding of products.
Organize training sessions for the sales team regarding new products and solutions.
Technical Proficiency:
Possess broad knowledge of network and Wi-Fi products and solutions.
Capable of conducting tests and demonstrating solutions effectively to clients.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on security surveillance systems, wired and wireless networking.
Solid understanding of surveillance and security technologies, as well as networking principles and solution.
Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication
Certification in network or security management (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on security surveillance systems, wired and wireless networking.
Solid understanding of surveillance and security technologies, as well as networking principles and solution.
Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication
