As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the design of product excellence by:
Research, Execution, and Design Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth user research to reveal insights and guide design decisions.
- Develop and implement user personas, journey maps, and strategic design frameworks.
- Create user flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and designs with meticulous attention to detail.
- Lead designs through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitor performance metrics.
- Determine efficient design processes to achieve optimal results within specified time frames.
- Strive for efficiency without compromising quality in the design workflow.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of real problems and develop solutions, optimizing them to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) state.
- Think holistically about the user experience and influence the product vision in alignment with overall business goals.
- Utilize data to justify uncertainties and support hypotheses for testing.
- Pose critical questions to understand the core purpose of design decisions and provide alternative solutions.
Design System, Consistency, and Accessibility:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Figma design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Advocate for and enforce design standards, contributing to a unified and recognizable brand identity.
- Strive for WCAG AA accessibility and inclusive designs.
Complex Problem Solving:
- Address complex design challenges with a strategic mindset, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry and stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with overall product objectives.
- Effectively communicate design rationale and strategy to cross-functional teams.
- Work independently and proactively while maintaining alignment with the team's goals and objectives.
