Senior Project Manager (Cloud Migration)

1. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, financial, banking, computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
5+ years as a project manager with Infrastructure delivery project experiences
Demonstrated ability to manage delivery of 1 to 3 projects simultaneously through structure execution and routines
Demonstrated ability to manage project accounting and artifacts including status, project plans, etc.
Ability to execute a project with key critical business milestones, while supporting/enabling an agile delivery process
Familiarity with Agile project delivery - Agile Certified Practitioner/Scrum Master Certification, PMP certification as a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in Project management tools
A strong technical awareness and background - Microsoft, VMWare, Cloud - AWS, MS Azure or Google GCP

Good experience and understanding of project controls, processes, governance, and management
Knowledge of transition management, user adoption and customer success is of interest for certain engagements
Professional in approach with maturity and excellent customer facing skills
4. Relevant Experience
Understanding and knowledge across wider Cloud adoption and technology enablement (Microsoft, AWS, Public Cloud etc..)
Proven track record of delivering to time and budget, technical IT infrastructure and cloud migration projects
Experienced in delivering 'on-premise' to 'cloud' project
5. Other Experience
Organizationally savvy, with the ability to navigate organizational politics.
Skilled at influencing, guiding and facilitating stakeholders and peers with decision making.
Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders and IT development teams.
Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams
