YOU
You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a Senior Social Media & Content Creator, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our social media strategy, as well as creating engaging content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing and be able to create engaging and informative content for various channels.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Senior Senior Social Media & Content Creator may need to manage more than one project at a time and typical activities include:
Be in charge of creating and curating high-quality, engaging content for all internal & external Company communications. This will include website, blog posts, articles for internal magazines, newsletters, social media channels to increase the Company's brand awareness.
Create the content on brochures, leaflets, flyers for the internal and external event (job fair, seminar..)
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media objective and plan that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience.
Manage all aspects of social media content creation, from conceptualization and planning to execution and analysis.
Be in charge of the company's interactions with the public through posts, comments and inboxes on social media platforms using a unified voice to build brand loyalty.
Monitor online posts that mention the company so can mediate the impact of negative reviews and share positive testimonials with its current following to strengthen customer relationships
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance and drive results.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall corporate messaging and campaigns.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Manage all company pictures and videos
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
Degree in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, linguistics & literature or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, social media management or communications
English: TOEIC 800 or equivalent. Excellent English writing skills with a proven published content record.
Experience in developing and managing social media
Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to develop compelling, visually appealing content across various formats, including text, images, video, and graphics.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze data.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to optimize social media performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Understanding of keyword research and how SEO works, knowledge of using marketing analytical and SEO tools will be remarkable
Flexible and quick to adapt to change
Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open-minded, good listener, ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
Creativity and aesthetic taste are an advantage
Being able to join soon would be preferable
