Mô tả công việc
Job purpose:
This position will maintain and support for Corporate Client of in Group Contract (contractual requirements, consultation, sales materials, agency monitoring, premium collection, additional requirements).
Major accountabilities:
1. Be accountable for assisting distribution channel to meet the sales.
- Drives the ongoing development of connections with Clients for business maintaining and expanding.
- Pro-actively initiates discussion with internal and external sources and assigned clients relevant to their needs in order to implement appropriate solutions in comply with guidelines.
2. Planning and Execution
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual business plan for the area.
- Follows up regularly with the assigned distribution channel for executing effectively sales activities to deliver the target.
- Provides supports to ensure an appropriate usage of and accurate in reporting (sales)
- Executes the sales procedures, services procedures for simple and efficiency process as stipulated by Operating Guidelines and regulations to ensure fulfill the contractual commitments to Clients.
- Prepares the group contract/ad-hoc group contract, including but not limited to the policy registration, enrollments, handover, term & conditions amendments, document storage and all related to Clients 'requirements in complying with all operation guidelines and regulations.
- Collects premium for new, renewal and assigned Clients.
3. Relationship and Communication
- Builds effective relationship with internal and external department.
- Coordinates with the appropriate cross function team (Legal, Compliance, Operation, Actuary &Product, Pricing, Accounting...) to ensure the handling of operation guidelines of Corporate in supporting of new Clients and assigned Client (if any).

Yêu cầu
Education and experience:
- B.A in finance, economics, business and law preferred, could be waived if has relevant work experiences.
- 03-05 years of working experiences with a Corporate Client Distribution Channel (preferred).
- 02 years knowledge in insurance industry and esp. operational and Client services in Corporate Clients. (preferred).
- Experiences in developing and executing sales and distribution plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners.
- English fluency.
Communication scope:
- Chief of Corporate Solutions Officer.
- Head of Business Development and Partnership Distribution/Client Management & Services: Direct report
- Distribution partners: Sales supporting.
- Client servicing: Maintaining the relationship and premium collection.
- Actuarial &Product: New product ideas, adjustment to current products, commission reviews.
- Marketing: sales materials, branding, corporate portal (pension portal, UL portal.)
- Underwriting: create group underwriting guidelines for new products.
- Operations and IT: To ensure the servicing process is streamline and efficient, to resolve ad-hoc issues
