We are excited to welcome a talented Technical Product Owner with a strong coding background to our team, especially with experience in the fintech domain. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be pivotal in understanding intricate business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and principles. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency in our fintech projects, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering cutting-edge financial solutions.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories
Collaborate with PO, developers and QA team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders
Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the testing phase
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar
Solid understanding of coding standards, best practices, and principles
Extensive knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks within the fintech industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with business analysis tools and softwares
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure Devops or Trello

Great salary package including 13th salary and added performance bonus.
Project bonus (From 0.5 to 3 months salary).
Overtime pay
Onsite bonus
Working hours: From Monday to Friday, in addition to 12 annual leave days and 11 public holidays.
Salary will be reviewed based on performance in a timely manner and may be requested.
