Senior UI UX Designer Sketch, Figma, EnglishHIPTECH Solution

Project Description: The client is a major global manufacturer of computer equipment with offices in the USA, Germany, Taiwan, Vietnam, and other locations. Their products include RAM, keyboards, mice, cases, and more. The project involves developing a Windows application that integrates all their products to configure and adjust technical specifications. The project will collaborate with teams from other sites, such as the USA, Taiwan, and Ukraine.

Key Responsibility:

• Be able to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, provide competitors' reviews, and find the pros and cons of their products.
• Creation of wireframes and prototypes to visualize and understand possible corner cases before design implementation.
• Designing visual elements, including typography, color schemes, icons, and images, to create an aesthetically pleasing and cohesive user interface using the must-have tools mentioned earlier.
• Defining how users interact with a product through the design of interactive elements such as buttons, forms, menus, etc., understand the difference among different UI elements and their states.
• Create scalable designs that provide a consistent user experience across different screen or window sizes and proportions, using responsive design principles.
• Be attentive to detail to ensure the design is polished and bug-free, with consistent spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.

• At least 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
• Strong skills in Sketch (it means a candidate is a Mac user).
• Proficiency in Figma, ability to support big projects, and create dynamic prototypes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (raster image editing, image formats, and image retouching).
• Knowledge of UI/UX for Windows and Mac desktop apps and at least one project in the portfolio.
• Good English communication skills.
• Nice to have requirements and tools:

- Motion design skills, UI animation

- Adobe After Effects

- Illustration skills
