Job Description
- Plan and conduct user research on current NashTech's websites using different methods and tools (competitor analysis, user interview, quantitative and qualitative analysis, usability testing etc.)
- Convert research and findings to reports and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements while matching with user's needs.
- Develop the full stack of UX/UI deliverables, from personas, user flow to information architecture & interaction design, from wireframes to hi-fidelity prototype.
- Work closely with our development team to align design from concept to implementation, track UI bugs and ensure that design specifications are implemented.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience for website and/or application
- A bachelor's or higher degree in design or related field
- Proficient in English communication is required to conduct user interview and collaborate with English-speaking teams.
- A diversified portfolio (online/materials) that demonstrates a strong knowledge of design foundation in terms of playing with typography, colour, imagery, and graphic elements
- A strong capability to communicate the thinking and meaning of design solutions verbally and non-verbally in English
- Experience in conducting usability testing and user interview.
- Having a balanced combination of creativity and usability
- Balances design solutions with technical constraints and budget
- Being collaborative and proactive in working with different stakeholders and teams
- Expertise in UI/UX software such as Figma and other graphics related software
