Senior UI-UX Product Designer English

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process from conception to implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance user flows and optimize the overall product experience.
• Effectively manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and copywriting, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Deadline-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and experience in the crypto space.
• Fluency in English.
