Mô tả công việc
Conduct user research (including quantitative and qualitative) to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Analyze user data and feedback to identify patterns, pain points and areas for improvement in user experience.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
Perform usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of user experience changes.
Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders and management.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices related to user experience.
Continuously monitor and evaluate user experience to identify areas for ongoing improvement.
Collaborate with designers to crafts clear and concise copy for digital interfaces.

Yêu cầu công việc
Required Experience: Two or more years of UX research experience.
Experience with research methods: Knowledge of a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in presenting research findings clearly and persuasively.
User-centric mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Collaborative nature: Ability to work effectively in a team and with various departments.
Problem-solving skills: Aptitude for identifying user problems and thinking creatively about solutions
Degree in relevant field: A degree in psychology, or a related field is preferred
