Job Description
Role
First line service support of customers
Market investigation and exploration for service opportunities
Interface to Rexroth Service organization
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong client relationship with customers and service partners
Provide technical support (first line field contact)
Provide interface to Rexroth Service organization (second line support)
Continuously investigate market for new business opportunities
Ensure Rexroth products are listed at customer's specifications.
Report on planned and done activities and figures
Contribute to the Factory Automation long and short term plans
Actively support cross selling activity with proper referral.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management

Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Technical degree / BSc in either in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years technical sales or service experience in Factory Automation or related field / industry
Mandatory: Fluency in both spoken and written English. Optional: Germany
MS Office, engineering and design software tools, as advantage - understanding of PLC programming
Sound knowledge of factory automation products and technologies
Good understanding of customer application requirements
Ability to solve technical or procedural problems
Entrepreneurial personality
Ability to communicate and develop contacts at the highest levels
Ability to use initiative and make decisions to improve the business
Ability to work independently and with high level of discipline and integrity
Good team player
Strong business acumen and willingness to travel around Vietnam
