Servicenow Senior Developer
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQ. (OS, PROGR. LANGUAGES, DATABASES, TOOLS, ETC.)
● Proficient in ServiceNow platform development and customization
● Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations
● Ability to provide senior-level support and guidance on integration tasks
● Strong development skills, particularly in scripting and APIs
● Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
● Proven experience as a senior developer in ServiceNow projects
2- Servicenow plaform specialist
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQ. (OS, PROGR. LANGUAGES, DATABASES, TOOLS, ETC.)
● Proficiency in IT Operations Management (ITOM) within the ServiceNow platform
● Experience in Event Management configuration and optimization
● Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) setup and maintenance
● Ability to work with and customize Service Maps within ServiceNow
3- Service Now Operations Analys:
● Incident Management:
○ Proficiency in developing business rules for incident management processes
○ Experience in making form adjustments to enhance incident handling efficiency
○ Ability to integrate email systems with ServiceNow for streamlined incident communication
○ Familiarity with tool integration, potentially including connectors for ServiceNow to ServiceNow (SN-SN) or ServiceNow to T-systems (SNT-systems), subject to further specification
● Problem Management:
○ Competence in developing business rules for problem management processes
○ Skill in making form adjustments to improve problem resolution workflows
● Knowledge Management:
○ Proficiency in developing business rules for knowledge management processes
○ Ability to design and implement approval workflows for knowledge Articles
4- Service Now Integration Expert
Expertise in setting up, troubleshooting, and customizing integrations within the ServiceNow platform
● Proficiency in developing business rules, scripts, and APIs to support integration processes
● Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Services Data Model (CSDM) concepts within ServiceNow
● Demonstrated experience in software development, particularly in the contex 5- Service Now Discovery Specialist:
Proficiency in setting up, troubleshooting, and customizing ServiceNow Discovery functionalities
● Ability to create new probes, patterns, and scripts to enhance discovery capabilities
● Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Services Data Model (CSDM) concepts within ServiceNow
● Familiarity with Impact, Risk, and Emergency (IRE) assessments
● Knowledge of class hierarchy, CMDB health metrics, and Service Modelling Principles
6- Service Now Business Analyst
Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform
● Proficiency in business rule scripting to automate processes and workflows
● Skill in creating and customizing tables and reports within the ServiceNow Environment
7- ServiceNow Catalog Items & Flow Designer
Creation of Catalog Items, including setup of Variables, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
● Proficiency in configuring and customizing Flow Designer for various processes such as Approvals, Tasks, and automated steps like creating Configuration Items (CI)
8- ServiceNow Change and Release Management
Proficiency in Change and Release Management processes within the ServiceNow platform
● Experience in implementing and optimizing Change and Release Management processes
● Ability to configure interfaces within the ServiceNow platform for effective communication and integration with other systems
