Site HSSE CoordinatorBECIS Vietnam Joint Stock Company

The position will report to country HSSE manager and works closely with site team and EPC/ contractors to make sure all BECIS HSSE requirements are fully applied and followed on BECIS project sites.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities and responsibilities:
• Clear capacity to identify and manage risks and hazards for solar PV installation, construction and operation sites.
• Apply the HSSE policy and guidelines on sites, ensuring this conforms to the customer's requirements and industry best practice.
• Verify site EHS documents as per BECIS documentation requirements.
• Plan and conduct routine EHS awareness sessions to employee and contractor.
• Provide work approval through toolbox talk (TBT) sign-off.
• Plan, conduct and effectively close site audit with report and ad hoc EHS observations reported by self or other project staff.
• Ensure the maintenance of all site EHS documents as per the retention period for the project.
• Supervise the high-risk activities closely.
• Coordinate and assist Site team with Incident Investigations to determine Root Cause and recommend appropriate Corrective Actions and Preventive Action.
• Daily EHS safety check.
• EHS performance statistic and reporting.
• Perform HSSE tasks or other duties as required by the manager.
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
