Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage projects from planning to completion.
Conduct in-depth competitor, client & market research and analysis;
Conduct consumer research through surveys, interviews, online sentiment analysis...
Support in communicating directly with clients during the entire process of debriefing and preparing for the planning;
Participation in brainstorms and development of creative concepts and tactics;
Engage with social conversations on clients' fan-pages & groups to ensure 24 hour response rate on all social platforms.
Prepare timeline & content schedule.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements :
Graduate in Marketing/Advertising/Media & Communication or any related majors ;
Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in Marketing/Communication work;
Understanding of digital/social way of working;
Good communication & presentation skills (in both Vietnamese and English);
Experience in content writing, researching, analyzing & synthesizing data is a plus;
Logical thinking, problem-solving, and highly organized ;
Willing to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment;
Have a personal laptop to work.
