Job description:
- 60%: Community Management Manage travel communities (Facebook group and other conversation-based channels), which includes planning weekly content angle, creating and delivering relevant group content to retain & engage with members, and interacting with group members
+ Propose & execute engagement activities to drive conversation for campaign/product and conversion
+ Pull new initiative to grow the communities
+ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer pain points and ensure streamlined process to meet business objectives
+ Monitor performance and propose improvement plan if necessary
- 30% - Social Media Create consistent, meaningful content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc), including visual design, copywriting and video editing
- 10% - Other tasks Actively research and stay up-to-date with digital and social media trends
+ Coordinate with social media team to create weekly and campaign-based social media calendar
+ Contribute ideas to Traveloka's campaigns or initiatives.
