Channels Growth Management:
Monitor channel growth metrics and analyze performance data.
Propose and implement plans to improve channel performance and engagement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies.
Content Calendar Creation:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and brand messaging.
Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms in a timely manner.
Content Production:
Collaborate with agencies or manage self in-house production to create high-quality, engaging content.
Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to consumer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
Foster a positive community atmosphere by engaging with followers and addressing their concerns promptly.
Brand Communication activities supporting (20%)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 02 years experience in Social media, including build up personal social channels
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 02 years experience in Social media, including build up personal social channels
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
