Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain back-end for data intensive applications (PB).
Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to store, search, process and analyze large-scale biological data sets.
Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms for high-performance computing.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
Proficiency in one of the following languages: Python, Go, NodeJS, or C++.
Experience and interest in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems suitable for handling large datasets.
