You are familiar with the Forbes Travel Guide Standards that apply to restaurants and bars, and you ensure that these standards are implemented in our service processes. You diligently follow procedures for inventory control, breakage, spoilage, temperature logs, and cleaning tasks. All records are carefully documented, stored appropriately, and any irregularities are promptly reported to management.
Your attention to detail is evident in your spotlessly clean workspace, impeccable beverage creations, and well-groomed appearance.
