RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply
- Dig down consumer insights and behaviors
- Analyze to understand the market situation
- Desk research (collect data and analyze) and conduct in-house research when needed
- Develop communication directions to creative team, and involve in creative brainstorming process
- Support other departments (creative, media, ect.) to create a comprehensive and convincing proposal
- Create the proposal deck logically and convincingly
- Continuously learn and get updated about planning and advertising industry
- Respect work quality and meet deadlines
- Complete time sheets and reports weekly
JOB REQUIREMENT:
MINDSET & EXPERIENCE:
- Be a Problem Solver with positive "I CAN DO" attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative "I CAN NOT DO" attitude will not lead us all far.
- At least 1+ year experience in planning
- Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.
SKILLS:
- Fundamental knowledge in marketing, branding, strategic planning;
- Logical thinking and analytical skills;
- Updated with current media trends
- Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking.
- Good English communication skills.
