Data Analysis and Reporting - 45%
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze datasets from multiple data sources.
Develop and maintain reporting tables to regularly track key performance indicators and business metrics.
Design and manage dashboards (using Power BI) and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics and reporting activities.
Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
Regularly inspect data sources and implement improvements as needed.
Build predictive models and advanced analyses upon request.
Business Strategy and Recommendations - 30%
Use data and reports to make requests, propose actions, and support the execution from the sales team.
Monitor business strategies and sales results; introduce new tools and improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with business units and the company to enhance products and services.
Present findings and deep insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Team Operations Management - 25%
Manage and operate the internal support team for the business.
Interact and closely coordinate with the market-facing business teams.

Yêu cầu

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis with a solid understanding of business knowledge.
Team management experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools and platforms for data processing, analysis, and visualization such as Excel, BI, SQL, NoSQL, etc.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, logical action-taking based on market and product insights.
Strong understanding of database management concepts and data storage.
Logical thinking, with a strong understanding of business perspectives and sales operations.
Soft Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate internally
