ClickMedia is seeking for a STUDIO PR SPECIALIST who will oversee communication plan, press release regarding to the newly-setup company's studio and its activities.
Location: L9, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam
Type of employment: Full-time Permanent
Report to: Business Operation Director
OVERVIEW
The Studio PR Specialist is responsible for the communication plan, press release for the studio at ClickMedia and its production and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Promote communication plan including online and offline activities for Studio's activities and events
· Draft press releases, pitches, case studies, white papers, and media summaries
Build relationships with press contacts and maintain relationships with existing media contacts
Manage media requests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all communication is cohesive with the Studio's image and its events and activities
Track and analyze media performance in order to build the comprehensive communication plan
Measure PR program impacts using regular social reporting tools
Organize, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews and other communication tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
3-4 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications
Excellent organization skills
Good planning skill, eyes for details and hands-on execution
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaigns
