• Agricultural diversification and intensification of crops and livestock with attention to sustainable natural resource use and management
• Effective delivery of core support services that are responsive to the needs and priorities of rural households
• Empowerment of local communities through the participatory community action planning process
• Provide recommendations on ways to improve a company's sustainability
• Work with suppliers, growers and other stakeholders to advance sustainable solution initiatives
• Have a strong understanding of sustainability concepts and applications
• Research the latest trends, practices and news related to sustainability
• Create training materials to support staff and lead sustainability demonstrations
• Arrange, coordinate and participate in internal sustainability audits
• Develop internal and external communications plans related to sustainability efforts
• Overseeing our sustainability reporting: Further enhancing local reporting structures and processes to achieve compliance
