As a globally active product and materials specialist, we are serving customers - particularly in Europe, the USA, and Asia. We develop and manufacture customized and innovative product solutions together with our customers.
As a System Engineer, you will be pivotal in guiding internal stakeholders and will be responsible for the implementation and support of solutions within our server, network, and client infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:
JOB DESCRIPTION
• 2nd and 3rd level support for more complex problems that the ServiceDesk cannot handle
• Proactively exploring and testing new systems and technologies to enhance our operational capabilities.
• Monitoring and maintaining a variety of existing systems while ensuring robust communication with our infrastructure providers.
• Continuously optimizing and adapting IT services across the infrastructure spectrum, from design to deployment.
• Managing and developing technical documentation and conceptual frameworks.
• Regularly monitoring and enhancing the delivery of services with a focus on quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Familiarize and engage with our technology stack, which includes Windows Server 2[protected info], 2022, CITRIX, MS SQL & Oracle databases, Microsoft 365, HP Endpoints, Windows 10/11 clients
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Intune, and AWS is advantageous
• Security: Tasks relating to the analysis and development of security policies and monitoring of Microsoft Defender
