Recruiting requires handling the following tasks:
Comprehend needs for recruitment, evaluate job requirements, screen, interview, process, and receive new hires in accordance with the department requirements;
Conduct efficient website and recruitment source searches;
Check & collect employee documents
Prepare weekly reports;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Have at least 06 months of recruitment experience (mass recruitment is preferred)
Candidates with experience in the field of Finance/Banking are an advantage
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
