Overview: ofi Vietnam is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager to oversee all tax matters related to our Nuts Business operations in Vietnam. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework and complies with all regulations and requirements. The successful candidate will manage licensing, land use rights, contract review, and liaise with government authorities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance
• Oversee and ensure Tax (VAT/ PIT/ Customs etc., ) compliance across all entities and locations of the Nuts Business in Vietnam.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
2. Licensing and Permits
• Manage the process of obtaining and renewing licenses, permits, and registrations required for the Nuts Business operations.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses and permits, ensuring they are up-to-date.
3. Land Use Rights
• Handle land use right-related matters, including lease agreements and land title issues.
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and landowners to resolve any land-related disputes or issues.
4. Contract Management
• Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and partnerships.
• Ensure that contracts align with legal requirements and mitigate potential risks to the company.
5. Government Relations
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for legal and compliance matters when dealing with external stakeholders.
6. Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal and compliance-related documents and correspondence.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on legal and compliance activities and developments.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
