Mô tả công việc
Purpose: Overall responsible for all tax regulations and matters which are applicable to the company, including but not limited to CIT, PIT, VAT, WHT, house rental taxes.
Duites:
• Submit all tax related periodic ad-hoc to related government agencies
• Prepare yearly CIT finalization
• Review economic contracts
• Work with tax authorities on taxation issues
• Ensure all new tax regulations and updates are well informed to the management and applied accordingly
• Ensure good practices & controls are recommended and implemented to minimize tax risk exposures for the company, to ensure robust tax position in accordance with tax law changes as well as business growth.
• Provide tax guidance to related departments to ensure company's business practices stay compliant with local applicable regulatory requirements
• Manage tax team, provide tax training to the team and the company
• Follow with HQ tax team on the tax compliance assessment, tax planning, transfer pricing related

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• At least 05 years of experience in tax field, 2 years of experience in a team leader/ manager position, understand very well Vietnam tax regulations
• Good communication and presentation skills, relationship building
• Have scientifically and effectively both independence or team-working
• Ability to identify, analyze and assess risks
• Ability to work under pressure
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative at work
• Language: English : proficiency in both writing and speaking
• Able to travelling frequently
• At least 05 years of experience in tax field, 2 years of experience in a team leader/ manager position, understand very well Vietnam tax regulations
