- Ability of completed blazer pattern check on form (jacket balancing/checking lapel breaking point/hi and low/hiking/sleeve balancing).
- Understanding pattern adjustment on form.
- Knowledge of fusing areas on blazer.
- Knowledge of interlining qualities according to fabrics.
- Having a good understanding of the interlining related to each place in the blazer.
- Having a good understanding of the types of interlining.
- Knowledge of fusing grain line on suitable areas on blazer.
- Understanding fabric grain line on blazers and jackets.
- Understanding lining seams setting on blazer (e.g., sleeve and c.bk slit).
- Good knowledge of loosening the lining before setting it to the body.
- Understanding good knowledge of collar and collar band making.
- Understanding lapel making methods.
- Understanding proper sleeve setting.
- Knowledge of chest piece fabrics and setting methods.
- Good knowledge of sewing easiness area on blazers and jackets.
- Good knowledge of shoulder pads and sleeve head qualities.
- Understanding good knowledge of machine conditions and sewing conditions.
- Understanding jig board making for collar and lapel making.
- Understanding shoulder pad and sleeve head setting.
- Understanding sewing machines knowledge (e.g., sleeve setters).
- Well experience of blazers pressing methods.
- Understanding blazers or jacket check on form.
- Understanding of blazer and jacket key points and problem-solving areas prior to production.
- Understanding customer requirements and achievements.
