JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering queries and resolving issue relating to
usage of standard applications and IT services.
Writing well-designed, testable and efficient
code.
Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver
winning products.
Providing code documentation and other inputs to
technical documents.
Supporting continuous improvement by
investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for
architectural review.
Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize
performance.
Escalating technical issues to the relevant
parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
Ensuring all standards and procedures are
followed and maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science,
Engineering or related field.
Having experience in a Software Engineer role is an advantage.
Possess knowledge of Java, JavaScript and
PL/SQL.
Highly goal driven and worked well in fast paced
environments
Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work
that is of a high standard
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
