The Job

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of [protected info] and HOTEL.DE that gradually transform into much more than "just" a platform. BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow ́s upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its products, plays an important role in HRS ́s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team.

Challenge:

• Implement and refine app and web tracking to capture comprehensive data across our digital products.
• Develop and oversee tracking concepts for new feature rollouts.
• Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for detailed event tracking.
• Utilize GA4 for advanced data analysis and insights.
• Integrate and leverage BigQuery for robust data management.
• Ensure best practice compliance in data governance and tracking (BGC).
• Be the technical tracking expert in App and Web environments, with proficiency in Adjust, Marketing Pixels, and other tracking technologies.

Your Skills and Experience

• A degree in a technical field or comparable qualification.
• Expertise in website and app tracking technologies
• Proficient with data reporting and visualization tools like GA4
• Strong SQL skills, knowledge of BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• An up-to-date understanding of tracking challenges and a drive to master new platforms and methods.
• A natural aptitude for numbers and independent work.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
