Technical Program Manager

The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks a Program Manager to join the Hyatt Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with all teams using Hyatt Infrastructure technologies. You'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
In this role you will be responsible, for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and implementing the strategic programs and projects across Business Units. You will define and develop IT program/project management best practices, processes, and policies.
•Ensure all projects are run according to PMO best practices.
•Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
•Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
•Coordinate and deliver the development of budget and operating plan for programs.
•Align project managers and Business analysts on methods for prioritization, scope, and other best practices.
•Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
•Produce accurate and on-time PMO scorecards to report program/project status.
•Analyzing program risks.
•Facilitate program status meetings and key stakeholder reviews.
