We are looking for a Consultant (Client Android) as part of the Customer Success and Support Department.
Your role & responsibilities
Working together with Technical Support Team and Cross-Functional teams to troubleshoot incident, problem and change management to ensure all reported issues are resolved as per pre-defined SLA
Create and maintain API Bridge solution between V-Key SDK and cross platforms (i.e. Flutter, ReactNative, Cordova...)
Managing V-Key Diagnostic Application including maintain, update application regularly
Participate in the project with customer to support the integration of V-Key solution
Provide on-call/remote support outside regular business hours as and when required.
Your skills & qualifications
Must have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building software for Android
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Good at interpersonal communication with strong verbal/written English skills
Nice to have:
Experience with iOS development, cross platforms development (i.e. Flutter, React Native, Cordova, Kony...)
Soft skills:
Able to handle pressures while working on high priority/critical incidents
Work in a team environment
Be smart, driven, curious, and empathetic support member
Love to work with multi-national customers
Previous experience supporting software products and resolving complex technical queries
Experience in a customer-facing role within a high-tech industry, ideally with direct exposure to troubleshooting technical issues
Willing to work beyond business hours as and when required (Overtime benefit will be provided)
Willing to travel oversea to work at customers' site as required
