THAILAND - Bangkok - Accounting Executive
- Job title: Accounting Executive
- Job function: Staff
- Location: Thailand
- Experience level: Minimum 3 year working experience in accounting / Experience in Tourism Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable & accounts receivable recording and all tax-related matters
- Recheck supplier's contract rates with invoices before issuing the payment
- Ensure all the payments to suppliers & others are accurately and timely as per due date
- Process and maintain W/H certificate to ensure the related transactions are completed and align with Regulation
- Record cash and bank settlement transactions received from the customer
- Issue Invoice, Tax Invoices, and Receipts for money collection and prepare output VAT report
- Ensure accounting records are well prepared and maintained per company accounting policies and accounting standards accurately and timely
- Perform bank reconciliation daily and balance sheet reconciliation every month
- Controlling Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation calculation
- Handling all relevant Taxes such as WHT 3, 53, PP.30, including input VAT and output VAT report
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of accounting-related items as requested.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Accountant
- Reporting to Chief Accountant
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Good English writing & reading skills required / English speaking skills are highly appreciated.
- A minimum of three years of working experience in accounting and experience in the tourism industry are significant advantages.
- Knowledge about Thai tax regulation
- Positive attitude, good team spirit, hardworking, rigorous, motivated and proactive
- Good organization skills & basic knowledge of data processing (PC, Microsoft Office)
- Willing to work in an international environment
