THAILAND - Chiang Mai - Reservations Executive
- Job title: Reservations Executive
- Job function: Staff
- Location: Thailand
- Experience level: At least two years of experience in the same position
- Salary: Negotiate

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Booking as required by the Sales Department.
- Reserve/revise/finalize/follow/reconfirm bookings sent by the Sales Department.
- Update and discuss the new suppliers and products with the Contracting and Product Department.
- Update suppliers' amendments and inform concerning departments: Sales, Contracting, Marketing, and Production.
- Conduct monthly payable reports and transfer the report to the Accounting Department. Monitor, supervise, and solve problems arising from suppliers.
- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before the client's arrival.
- Directly solve problems during the tour and take responsibility for any issues arising and additional costs.
- Update the issues in the issue reports and transfer them to the Quality Control Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Thai languages
- Bachelor's or Master's in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Economy or other related fields
- Good knowledge of the Tourism field, Hotel and Tourism Management
- Good management skills - Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active, and decisive
