We are assigned to do a Brand Watch report for our client in the F&B industry. Hence, we need you to conduct a social media audit on 3 brands: Coke, Pepsi, and Fanta to understand their marketing activities, message, content strategy, and content performance.
Duration of your research: minimum 2 months of content
Your research should include:
1. Collecting data on websites, social media channels (page likes, followers), and page performance (number of interactions, views, shares, etc.)
2. A categorization of content angles/ pillars/ messages
3. An overall analysis of what are the strengths and weaknesses of each fan page, based on the data you have collected
4. An overall observation and key learnings for your client to build their own content
What You'll Do
Curiosity, logicality, and willingness to get your hands dirty
Constantly updated on new platforms, tools, and trends that are reshaping media and communications
A self-starter who is highly organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time, sometimes with a tight deadline and under pressure
Basic understanding of performance marketing, as well as digital, social, and mobile marketing
Experience in Google Sheets and Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides
