JOB DESCRIPTION
Process and distribute existing documentation
for completed orders, including Certificates of Origin, Warranty, and Quality.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all
documentation according to established procedure
Assist in the implementation of new document
types (Bill of Lading, Custom Declaration, Packing List, Commercial Invoice
(excluding prices)) into the document supply chain process.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding
documentation in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in the ongoing improvement of the
document supply chain process.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic
background: Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related
background
Good verbal, written communication skills in
English
Proven ability to deliver results
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Full-time 6 months internship
