Job description
Create and execute communication plans to build a strong employer branding for VNG and other businesses (ie: ZaloPay, VNGGames).
Manage and track internal communication channels such as emails, Zalo official account, newsletters, and monthly meetings.
Constantly analyze impacts on employee happiness after each project/campaign and suggest a responding plan.
Collaborate and work with different stakeholders to carry out employee development projects in sync with the brand directions.
Work with the creative team to produce branding materials, merchandise items, etc.
Support the team in carrying out other corporate-related projects.
Requirement
Background:
Senior students or fresh graduates in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Economics or related majors.
Have experience in creating content/marketing/branding
Capabilities:
Creative copywriting and strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good time management and multitasking skills
Creative thinking in giving branding visual directions for social posts, campaigns, etc
Detail-driven with a strategic mindset
Strong business understanding and the ability to connect business with people to tell brand stories
