great growth momentum post pandemic and great growth opportunities identified
across our portfolio to enable wider protection to Vietnamese families. To
capture this growth opportunity, Vaccines BU has been accelerating marketing
activities towards both HCP scientific engagement and Lay public disease
awareness education aggressively across all 4 franchises (PPH, Flu, Meninge and
T&E). Omnichannel is maximized across all activities to create an impactful
customer experience journey.
For
each marketing activities to take place, logistics and event management play a
critical part. There is currently only one marketing executive in the team to
support across 4 key franchises and omnichannel. An extra support is mandatory to
ensure excellence in execution in the second half of 2024 and beyond.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Omni-channel (70%):
- To work
closely with internal and external stakeholders in lay public & HCP projects
planning and execution to ensure optimal KPIs well achieved.

Fanpage, YouTube, Website
+ Always on
media campaigns
+ Lay Public
media campaigns.
+ HCPs:
+ Engagement
portal: Sanofi Campus
+ HQ-driven
engagement campaigns: Email, Zalo...
- Post campaign
evaluation, liquidation and payment follow up.
- Monitor and
update budget spending every month
- Support in preparing/ consolidating/
follow up relevant reports & tracking system.
- To handle full paperwork process for omni-channel projects
- Prepare meetings, coordinate cross
functional meeting, participate in team meetings and minutes taking.

About you
1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
3rd-4th year student who pursue a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Event Management, PR, Communication, Marketing, Business Economics,...
2. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Can work full-time in 6 month
Proven experience in project management and data analysis.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Knowing how to use Canva/other visual design tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with data dashboard management is an advantage.
