Responsibilities:
Create and post engaging content to post on social media platforms, each content will be posted to Facebook, Threads, Linkedin. Example posts about sharing tips on writing essays, interviews, success stories of scholarship applications, and other relevant content to studying in the US, UK, Australia. No need for design for each post, content only.
We do not accept posts with content that is too general, lacking emphasis and personality.
KPI:
15 contents per month to post on multiple platforms at the same time: Threads, Linkedin, Facebook group, Facebook fanpage.
REQUIREMENTS
General requirements for all positions:
Must have IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent proficiency in reading and understanding English. We can't accept any application with a lower IELTS score.
Must have strong interest in studying abroad and scholarships, particularly in the UK, US, and Australia. Having knowledge about at least one country.
You will need to choose 1 or 2 countries such as Australia, UK, US to focus on. For example if you choose the US, then you only work with customers or post content about studying in the US.
The internship programs are only for those who have not graduated from University and have at least 1 year left to graduate.
Commit to work at least 4 days/week, 3 hours/day.
BENEFITS
Salary:
To avoid low-quality content, we only pay for content or comments that get a certain amount of engagements.
The salary will be based on the total number of likes/shares/comments of the post compared to the total number of followers of the Threads account at the end of the month. For example, a post has 100 engagements while our Threads account currently has 200 followers, accounting for 50% of the followers. The reward will be 110,000 VND for that one post. Training on finding scholarships for those interested in studying abroad.
Internship certificate upon completing 6 months of work.
Recommendation Letter to support study abroad or full-time job applications.
Consideration for a full-time position as a Marketing Specialist after 3 months.

Mandatory Online Meetings:
Frequency: 3 meetings per week
Duration: Each meeting lasts 45 - 60 minutes
Timing: Meetings are always scheduled after 4:00 PM Vietnam time
Customer Meetings:
Scheduling: Online meetings with customers are scheduled based on customer availability.
Policy on Fines:
Late to Meetings: Being more than 2 minutes late will result in a 10,000 VND deduction from the salary.
Meeting Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a meeting, you need to confirm with the manager 1 week before the meeting. Cancelling a meeting without prior confirmation results in a 25,000 VND deduction per meeting.

The total views for your comments must sum up to at least 25,000 each month, with each individual comment receiving at least 300 views.
