POSITION TITLE: PERFORMANCE INTERN
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
MinHy Store is seeking an energetic, creative, and eager-to-learn Performance Intern to join our Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include driving business revenue, profit through effective marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness and boost customer engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms: Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook,...
Analyze campaign performance data effectively and propose improvement solutions.
Stay updated on the latest advertising trends.
Regularly report campaign results to superiors.
Support other marketing activities as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Current student or recent graduate, preferably in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
Understanding of the digital marketing market, knowledge of SEO, SEM is a plus.
Ability to analyze data, synthesize reports clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of responsibility and good time management skills.
Logical and creative thinking skills.
