LEGAL INTERN
Job Description
Attendance of know-how sessions
Familiarization with the legal organization, policies and central directives of Bosch in SEA
Perform
legal researches in all aspect of Vietnam laws (corporate, business
activities, commercial, investment, cybersecurity and data protection,
real estates, IP, etc.)
Support in drafting and vetting internal guidelines and standards
Support in drafting internal legal circulars, proposals for management approval
Coordination with external service providers including translators and corporate secretarial service providers
Assist
in creation of internal checklists, management of legal database of
contracts, entity constitutional documents, clause library, etc.
Qualifications
Final year from University majoring in Law
Working experience in foreign companies or prestigious law firms is a plus
Eloquent in Vietnamese; excellent in English writing and speaking skills
Standard skill for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Strong academics
Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Discipline and ability to work effectively and independently or as part of a team
Ability to identify good practices and areas for improvement in team performance
Open minded
Curious about business
Regular working time: 6-8hrs/day, Monday-Friday

Prepare and coordinate with HR Service to archive international letters and notifications.
Coordinate with related departments/ person to facilitate sharing sessions/ events/ meetings on:
International assignment briefing

Learning and Development training
Other related topics
Support
in drafting and rechecking policy, process, procedures, regulation,
announcement, templates, and related documents as guideline from
Supervisor.
Prepare slides for related topics as assigned by Supervisor.
Follow up with stakeholders on above topics.
Other ad hoc tasks from Supervisor.
Qualifications
Full-time
undergraduate students, major in Business English, Business
Administrations, Human Resources Management with high interest in Human
Resources
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage.
Good communication in English and Vietnamese, especially reading and writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Interpersonal skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill & Presentation skills
Details-oriented and good organization skills
High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality with solid commitment, able to work in multicultural teams.
