JOB DESCRIPTION
o
Collaborate
with the media agency to execute the media project,
including media planning, buying, and optimization. Assist in managing
communication between internal teams and the agency, ensuring project
milestones are achieved on time.
o
Assist in
tracking project progress, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and providing
regular updates to the project leads.
o
Support research on market trends
and competitor activities.
o
Set up meetings between various
departments to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of project goals.
Responsibilities include preparing agendas, distributing meeting notes, and
following up on action items.
o
Manage weekly reports for ongoing
campaigns. Collect data to support campaign performance evaluation, report
preparation, and insights generation to the marketing team.
o
Coordinate for Work in Progress
(WIP) meetings to review the status of current projects and identify any
potential issues or opportunities for improvement. Facilitate discussions,
document key decisions, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
o
Support the
loyalty program launch by assisting in the coordination between sales, trade,
e-commerce, omni-channel, and marketing teams. Tasks
may include scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and documenting
action items.
REQUIREMENTS
Full-time availability. GPA >7.5
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
