Job Description
Daily Tasks:
Monitor & record payment requests for G&A expense, T&E claims.
Verify and track purchases, sales, inventory transactions, and issue VAT invoices.
Closely working with relevant departments to monitor stock movement, reconcile and resolve discrepancy if any.
Verify and record all costs associated with business operating activities.
Monitor AR/AP aging report and highlight if any issues.
Month-end Tasks:
Calculate cost of sales and post the appropriate journal entries.
Analyze the monthly expenses and perform necessary accrual transactions, cost allocations to ensure incurred costs/expenses during the month fully captured.
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts according to reconciliation schedule set.
Verify and confirm intercompany transactions (ICS system).
Other Tasks:
Well understanding VAS and ready to prepare all statutory reports as need.
Develop management accounting/analysis reports to provide information related to cost efficiency, operating costs variance or abnormal transactions,.
Implement and/or apply new accounting system, VAS, IFRS, internal policies.
Work with internal, external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Perform other assignments from supervisor.
