Responsible for all trade marketing activities of Diag Laboratories (with +30 testing centers in HCMC & southern provinces) for Diag's B2B customers.
JOB SUMMARY/TÓM LƯỢC VỊ TRÍ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Promotion Management:
- Announce/ Train promotion program to related departments/ stakeholders.
- Visit customers with Sales team to gather information, trends, customers, competitors... to set suitable promotion/program.
- Visit key customers (doctors/ clinics) with the Sales team to deploy strategic program.
- Ensure the promotion programs is delivered to end consumers/customers.
- Track promotion program performance & recommend next steps for management.
2. Event/ Activation: 2-5 per quarters
- Plan & Lead customer events (such as scientific seminars, workshops...)
- Follow-up event checklist/Action Log with cross functional department to ensure event happen smoothly.
3. Reports/Planning:
- Deliver Trade Marketing Reports (Daily & Weekly on Promotion Performance, Visibility performance...)
- Monthly/Quarterly Budget & Promotion Planning
- Work with cross functional team (Finance, Legal) to deliver customer program on-time/ compliance.

+ Experience Required: 2-5 years of working experience in sales/ marketing/ trade marketing.
+ Preferred Experience: Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
+ Skills Required:
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Efficiency in Excel, Powerpoint..
- Good oral and written communication, able to convince/influence/manage peers & stakeholders.
- Design Experience is a plus.
- Trade Marketing skills are preferred including promotion management, POSM management, and visibility build-up...

- Proactive, self-motivated, energetic
- Integrity, strong work ethic
- Comfortable with complex/ambiguous situations
- Willing to make changes & challenge the status quo.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required
