The Training & Development Executive is responsible for supporting Training & Development Team Lead to follow up with training stakeholders and organize for training both internally and externally in accordance with the training process.
To follow the training process (including composing and conduction process): Send request/ reminder to the appointed stack holders with the expected deadline, based on the training schedule; Follow up and organize training on time; Update the training status on database.
To follow the authorizing process: Schedule an authorization meeting with composer and authorizers; Record all feedbacks and update on database.
To prepare Training schedule and inform staff: Get schedule from trainer and input data in the timetable. Update the time tables as plan changes.
To maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

Education and/or Experience:
A B.S/ B.A in related field (HR/ Training/ Education/ Business Administration)
At least 6+ months of experience
Skills:
Good Communication, Presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
Able to collaborate well with all stakeholders, able to work independently and also a good team player.
Analytic, solution-focused, dynamic, and committed to delivering an excellent result.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to training programs.
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word).
Ability to read & write, listen and speak English with moderate to high proficiency.
