Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization (BOD, HOD, Manager, Leader, Employee).
Develop and implement comprehensive annual training plans (internal & external) based on those needs.
Design and build engaging training programs that comply with company regulations and client requirements.
Facilitate training sessions ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Update training materials regularly to reflect industry best practices and company changes.
Implement innovative training methods to boost training efficiency and knowledge application.
Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to foster learning and collaboration.
Evaluate training effectiveness against established objectives and propose improvement plans.
Prepare comprehensive training reports that track program success and identify areas for improvement.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering internal training programs.
· Proven experience and knowledge of the garment manufacturing industry (a plus).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Chinese fluency is a plus).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to develop engaging and interactive training content.
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
