Mô tả công việc

PLAYSTUDIOS is seeking a Treasury Analyst (8-month contract starting September 2024) for the Global Finance team in our Hanoi studio. This position will assist the US-based Corporate Accounting team for each of our studios based in the Americas (United States + Latin America), and report to the Global Accounting Services Manager.
Support the daily cash management operations, Treasury/Financial analysis, and reporting of the Company and its various operating entities by implementing cash management best practices, ensuring efficiency, enhancing internal controls, and minimizing fees.
Record all treasury related transactions through journal entries in the general ledger.
Prepare daily cash report and assigned account reconciliations on a timely basis and investigate any differences.
Support the opening, closing, and administration of the Company's domestic and global bank accounts including bank Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) exercises.
Evaluate and maintain global cash flow forecast models to increase efficiency in borrowing/investing decisions.
Drive global treasury procedures and controls including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
Participate in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Coupa Treasury system.

Yêu cầu

Must-have:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 03 years of experience.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate integrity and exercises discretion in handling confidential information.
Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with employees and vendors.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Coupa and Coupa Treasury, or other Procure-to-Pay software.
Experience with BlackLine for tasks and account reconciliations.
