CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) Management Associate Program (MAP) - Technical Track is a management trainee program to develop young talent for Project Development Department of the organization.
Departments under Project Development include:
- Cost & Contract Management
- Property Management
- Design Management
- Project Management
The Program which comprises of job rotations, core training, and mentoring is structured to equip the MA with exposure, knowledge, and network in not only in functions with technical requirements but also other areas to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with CapitaLand Development (Vietnam)

** DESCRIPTION:
• Length of program: 14 months
• Length of each rotation: 3-4 months.
• Number of rotations: 3-4
- Optional departments: IPM, Strategic Planning, Marketing
- Core departments: Project Management, Design Management, Cost & Contract, Property Management
• Performance review to be conducted at the end of each rotation
**INTERVIEW AND SELECTION PROCESS:
- Presentation to a Board of Assessors
- Interview with HR.
- Psychometric Test.
- Screen CV.
- Presentation/Interview with Board of Management.

You are eligible to apply if:

• Education background in technical track: Architecture, Urban Planning, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Highway Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Civil Engineering, Economic Construction...
• Obtain Bachelor's degree or Confirmation of completing program before joining MAP program
• Resilience - Tenacity to thrive and perform under pressure
• Team player - Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
• Passion for Real Estate business
• Excellent academic track records
• Leadership qualities - Aptitude to articulate a vision and lead people toward achieving it
• No more than 1 year of working experience
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
