Background

World Vision (WV) is a Christian relief and development organisation working in over 100 countries and territories to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. World Vision serves all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender. As a child-focused organization, World Vision's work focuses on children, ensuring they are protected and their basic needs are met.

Purpose of Position

Video will be used for multiple purposes and occasions in which World Vision International engages with multiple partners, stakeholders, and audiences.

In particular, these are the main purposes of the video:

i) Deliver the introduction of World Vision International in Viet Nam and our FY23-27 Strategy in a compelling, refreshing way to the public audience.

ii) Convey World Vision's dedication to serving vulnerable children and communities through our sustainable impactful works and achievements can be seen from the last 36 years.

iii) Reflect the strong partnership of World Vision with our partners and express our willingness to extend and strengthen the collaboration.

iv) Make World Vision known as a highly competent organization in developmental works, showcasing our expertise through operating a diversity of technical programmes and interventions in Child Protection and Participation, Health and Nutrition, Livelihoods, Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan.

The overall objective of this service is to provide consultancy on the production of the World Vision International in Viet Nam introductory video, including creative script development, shooting and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

The service provider will be required to support the creative script development, shooting, and editing of the introductory videos in post-production, using their filming equipment and resources. They can also use some existing materials (photos, video footage) provided by World Vision for the editing.

As the content contains technical knowledge from World Vision, the consultant/service provider needs to work with World Vision on completing the script.
